Application questions
and answers.
Is it free to apply?
Yes. The planned network has no application, membership, placement or bidding fees. The scope and compensation for each paid engagement would be agreed before work begins.
Does joining guarantee paid work?
No. Applying expresses interest in future project work. It does not guarantee admission, assignments or income, and it is not an employment application.
Do I need LinkedIn or a work email?
No. The preview accepts personal, university and work email addresses. A public profile link is optional; a university page, ORCID record, personal website or portfolio can provide supporting evidence. A CV would be required for a complete live application.
Can I participate alongside my current role?
That depends on your employment terms, outside-activity rules, confidentiality duties, and any applicable restrictions. Check your own obligations before agreeing to a project. Public-sector roles may need additional review.
